Hi Arik,
This will be a short note as I am off to a meeting in a few minutes, and have many things sitting on my shoulders. So as they say, vacation is over. But it was a wonderful vacation, both being with you and seeing Israel and its borders. And that I got my 2 daughters back to Denmark, even though we visited right up to the barbed wire several places.
Thanks for everything. And I hope that you got the navigation in order again.
We had a good, but long trip back. The security at Ben-Gurion airport is intense, and having 2.5 hours was almost not enough. Before we were done, we were walking fast (but not running!) to get to the gate and the plane. It was mostly chaos at the check-in counters, with guys with furry hats and black coats deciding to cut in line, but getting refused and turning around, but that story I will have to leave for another time.
It was -3C this morning with a little snow on the car this morning, so the change is noticeable.
We send all our best wishes to you, and to your wife and your children for loaning you to us for the 10 days.
